We are looking for 4 WOMEN who are ready to

transform their life with our 8-Week program.

WHO ARE WE

LOOKING FOR?​

You do not need to feel you're in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners and those returning to exercise after pregnancy!

  • Are you experiencing nagging aches and pains after pregnancy?

  • Are you struggling with incontinence during activities such as jumping?

  • ​Do you want to keep up with your little one(s) without feeling exhausted?​

  • Are you ready to gain more energy, capability, and strength?

  • ...And maybe you're ready to embrace an hour of ME time?

START DATE Friday, February 9th at 11am. Spaces are LIMITED.

This program includes:

  • 8 weeks of once per week small group training.

  • Strength program designed specifically for postpartum!

  • Option to bundle one on one training at a discounted rate.

  • Babies in strollers are welcome, but we don't have childcare (yet)!
