We are looking for 4 WOMEN who are ready to
transform their life with our 8-Week program.
WHO ARE WE
LOOKING FOR?
You do not need to feel you're in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners and those returning to exercise after pregnancy!
Are you experiencing nagging aches and pains after pregnancy?
Are you struggling with incontinence during activities such as jumping?
Do you want to keep up with your little one(s) without feeling exhausted?
Are you ready to gain more energy, capability, and strength?
...And maybe you're ready to embrace an hour of ME time?
START DATE Friday, February 9th at 11am. Spaces are LIMITED.
8 weeks of once per week small group training.
Strength program designed specifically for postpartum!
Option to bundle one on one training at a discounted rate.
Babies in strollers are welcome, but we don't have childcare (yet)!
